Marjoram Butter

A Simple flavored butter that works great with lamb!

Ingredients -

  • 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 scant tablespoon minced marjoram
  • 1 medium clove garlic, grated
  • 3/4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste


Directions -

  1. In a small bowl, mix the butter, marjoram, garlic and lemon juice.
  2. Season the butter with salt and pepper.
  3. Wrap the butter in a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a log.
  4. Twist the ends to seal and refrigerate until firm (minimum 30 minutes).
