Item Ordered - BBQ Brisket Sandwich w/ 2 sides: marinated slaw and mac & cheese

Time received food - 12:42 pm

Food Comments -

BBQ Brisket meat was good, tender and had a smoky flavor. BBQ Sauce was too salty. [Don't know if cook(s) tasted dishes before serving. If not, they need to.] The bun the meat and sauce came on was slightly soggy on the bottom and top. Marinated Slaw was too sweet - you could only taste sugar. It was overpowering the shredded cabbage and carrots. Mac and Cheese were cool. Not very cheesy. Tasted salty.

Suggestions -

Toast buns instead of leaving plain. Serve sauce on side instead of on the meat.
